Russian software (OS) should be better than foreign analogs, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko told TASS in an interview during the Eastern Economic Forum.
Considering the country’s [advanced] level of competencies and IT specialists, this is an achievable goal, he added.
