The IPChain distributed registry was created and works in accordance with the requirements approved by Russia’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.
The IPChain network is built on the basis of software, which allows the registry (database) to be distributed among all participants of the network.
The replication of content of the original transaction information in the subsequently formed blocks ensures its immutability and safety. Once posted, the information can never again be lost or altered.
Members of the IPChain network themselves form the standards for the description, storage, and distribution of intellectual property items in the digital environment. The only condition for all participants in the network is to openly publish such standards before the transaction about the creation of an item appears in the network.
