One such project to receive funding, is an intelligent decision-making support system for the implementation of breeding selection programs based on genomic analysis methods. According to the Foundations’ press service, the AI system allows predicting individual breeding value of farm animals and simulating the results of various breeding scenarios. This makes the results of genomic analysis available to domestic breeding companies without the need for additional involvement of specialists in computational genetics and bioinformatics.
