Russian Authorities to Send “Matrix of Needs” of IT-Solutions to Commission on Digital Development - Ministry of Digital Development

The matrix of needs defines areas where IT developments are currently needed to be developed by Russians companies to replace foreign solutions following recently imposed sanctions on Russia.

According to Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Mass Communications Maxim Parshin, the matrix of needs will be sent to the Ministry of Digital Development for consideration by the Presidium of the Government Commission on Digital Development, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko,  

Applications for proposed IT solutions were submitted to Russian Industrial Centers of Excellence before August 1st. Parshin said that many issues were highlighted in the applications where industries faced challenges following sanctions. A matrix of needs for IT solutions was consequently defined.

“We will send this matrix to the government for consideration by the Presidium of the Government Commission on Digital Development, chaired by Dmitry Chernyshenko,” Parshin said.
