"We will have a new institute. Deputies for scientific and technological development (STD) will be appointed in the [Russian] federal ministries and departments by December. Sectoral competence centers will be created under the leadership of the STD deputies,” Chernyshenko said.
Chernyshenko noted that the initiative was supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
