The Russian Authors' Society (RAO) has been contributing to stimulating creative activity, developing education, culture and art throughout the whole history of its existence. It provides authors with the opportunity to get economic benefits from the use of their works and also serves to achieve a harmonious balance between the exclusive proprietary rights of authors and the interests of the society.
RAO assists the authors and other rightsholders in transferring the rights to use the works of science, literature and art on an individual basis.
