The main task of the association is to form an international network of intellectual property transactions. Partners of the Association and participants of the IPChain project are the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Skolkovo Foundation, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), the Federal Institute of Industrial Property, the Intellectual Property Court (IPC).
